Guniea Fowl
We have a large free ranging flock of guniea fowl, colours include white, coral and pied.
Guniea fowl are one of the best guard dogs you can have, because as soon they see a fox or even a burgalar they let you know.
It is best to keep them in an open topped pen so that they can get back in to get food, water and to perch at night. I would recoment making you pens out heras fencing pannels it makes the pens moveable preventing it getting to muddy. I would recomend half covering the roof for some shelter for perching and feeed. I always place two strands of electric fencing around the base of the pen to prevet a fox from digging under.
